
Ingredients

- 1 – (12 ounce) bag dark chocolate chips
- 1 – (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
- 1 – (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream (or similar)
- 1-1/2 cups lightly toasted walnuts
- 1/2 cup black currants (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- Sea salt flakes
How to make it
1. Spread walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes. After roasting, crush walnuts to desired size.
2. Grease a 9″ x 9″ baking dish with PAM or similar cooking spray.
3. Mix the contents of both bags of chocolate chips and the can of sweetened condensed milk into a pan and melt on the stove top over low heat. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in the Bailey’s Irish Cream, 1 cup roasted walnuts and black currants into the melted chocolate.
5. Spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly in the greased 9″ x 9″ baking pan.
6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt and the remaining 1/2 cup roasted walnuts evenly over the top fudge mixture.
7. Let the fudge set at room temperature until it is set solid. Slice and serve.
