Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick no-salt butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed

How to make it

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line muffin pan with liners, spray liners with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Set aside.

2. In large bowl Whisk together flour, oats, baking soda and sugar. Set aside.

3. Melt butter.

4. Whisk eggs into butter.

5. Whisk in milk

6. Pour butter mixture into glour mixture. Stir until batter is smooth.

7. Stir in blueberries.

8. Spoon into muffin liners.

9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the tops of the muffins start turning golden brown.
