Ingredients

  • ½ cup blackcurrants, fresh or frozen 
  • ¼ cup strawberries, 2-3 strawberries, fresh or frozen 
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or heavy whipping cream 
  • ½ cup water 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, whole or powdered 
  • ½ vanilla bean or ½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract 
  • optional: sweetener of your choice 

How to make it

Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth – let it sit for 2-5 minutes before drinking. That’s it, enjoy!
