Ingredients
- ½ cup blackcurrants, fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup strawberries, 2-3 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup coconut milk or heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp chia seeds, whole or powdered
- ½ vanilla bean or ½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
- optional: sweetener of your choice
